Called and serviced the same day on a weekend day. Excellent customer service and paying options. Plumbing clogged with no available entry so toilet had to be removed and replaced. Job was done well and clean. Extra charge for weekend understandable.

Choice Plumbing of Orlando was wonderful. We had a problem.with our toilet. They came out and fixed the problem and told us if we needed more help to let them know. We easily give them five stars. If you have any sort of plumbing, I highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable $1 - 1.00.00

First I would like to say everyone has been very nice, friendly, and professional. Bill came out and did the assessment. He answered all my questions and was very transparent with me, which I really appreciated. Kelly and Kimberly were very responsive when ever I called and sent Bill and the team out very promptly. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Javier, Alex, and another gentleman did the repiping work and installed the new water heater. They did an amazing job and answered all my questions. I had the city inspection today and everything passed. I am very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a sudden backup in our septic at 8pm & needed it fixed ASAP! Javier came out & did an AMAZING job taking care of it for us! He found the blockage, fixed it & gave us some follow up instructions in case it happens again. I cannot say enough about the professional yet friendly service from him & Choice Plumbing. Give that man a raise! Highly recommend!!!

One of the best service experiences I’ve had! Transparent, skilled, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Choice Plumbing Orlando. Nick was my technician, and his work was clean, organized, and thoughtfully done. I had an excellent experience and could not be more satisfied with the service, so I want to explain why. They were able to provide same-day service within a few hours on a Sunday, despite extremely high demand following a record-breaking freeze in Orlando. The freeze caused a pipe to burst, leaving me without water and with a continuous leak because my older shutoff valve was fully turned off but no longer sealing internally. I know many homes in the area were dealing with similar issues, so I was incredibly relieved that they were able to fit me in so quickly under these circumstances. What stood out immediately was how thoroughly Nick explained everything. He could have simply replaced the broken pipe and left the existing setup and old shutoff valve in place. Instead, he took the time to walk me through the setup, explain why certain aspects posed higher risk, and clearly outline my options along with the pros and cons of each. He asked thoughtful questions about what actually mattered to me functionally and helped me efficiently weigh the tradeoffs, but ultimately left the decision in my hands. That approach genuinely lived up to the name Choice Plumbing and made me feel informed and confident in the choice I made. I decided to simplify my setup and replace my outdated shutoff valve. Nick replaced the gate valve I had with a quarter-turn ball valve. The lever is significantly easier to use than the circular valve and reduces concerns related to hard-water buildup. He also simplified the piping in a way that clearly improves reliability and usability. Everything looks cleaner, more intentional, and far more effective. However I had to send this to you, as well as to American Home Shield . BESIDE the gentlemanly behavior, Anthony is so wonderful at diagnosis of problem, with skills to correctly repair. My parents needed to get their home repiped for insurance purposes (they live in a manufactured home in a senior community). We had 3 different companies come out for quotes. Choice Plumbing gave us the most reasonable quote, guaranteed their work and said the job would be done in two days. We chose them and we have no regrets. Excellent piping job. The two gentlemen that did our house were kind and explained everything along the way while also answering our questions. Absolutely recommend them for any piping or plumbing needs. I called Choice Plumbing at 4pm and by 5pm Bill Richmond arrived. He explained our options in detail and as he was taking care of our issue he informed us what he was doing and why. We had some minor water intrusion in our master bathroom. We detected water flow from the main water line outside. We called Choice Plumbing Orlando and they sent someone out the next day to assess. Javier came over to give an estimate. He was polite and respectful and took his shoes off when he entered the home. He had to chisel a hole into the concrete and determined the leak was coming from an old cracked copper pipe and gave us an estimate. He applied a temporary fix to stop the leak and then he returned the next day with parts and replaced the cracked copper pipe with a PEX pipe. He had an assistant that worked with him and the biggest bonus for the project was that they could repair the concrete wall after completing pipe repair. We did not need to hire a contractor to finish the hole in the wall which was very convenient. Every time Javier came over he gave notice with a phone call of his arrival time.

The service I received was amazing. I called and they were able to get a tech here within 2 hours. The tech helped me identify what was the issue and offered to fix it for $300. He told me how I could fix it on my own since he said it was a simple job. I took his advice and tried to fix it myself and what he recommended to do worked flawlessly. It’s nice to see that a business cares about their customers and if it is simple offers a solution. I was so impressed I will be following up shortly for a water filter and for choice plumbing to install a new sink.
